Tantra is a controversial term, because it’s used for such a diverse range of awakening methods. Sometimes when people ask me about my workshops, I’m even asked if we keep our cloths on during practice 😅
I can assure you we do 😂
The tantra I guide has nothing to do with ‘having sex’, with having a partner or not, or with any other mainstream new age movements in that sense. It’s about feeling safe within our body and ourselves. It’s about being in close connection to ourselves. So in that sense, this form of tantra is about deep inner ripening. Having a mature connection with our own inner landscape through clear inner alchemy: transforming our sexual energy into radiant health and higher states of awareness ✨
The subtle bliss we might or might not feel is a byproduct of our primary focus on our individual and collective spiritual growth ❤️
At the end of November and in the beginning of December 2022, for 3 graceful days, I’ll be deepening these healing tantric practices with those who feel called in 2 different workshops: the Tantra of the Heart practice first in the Awakening the Illuminated Heart workshop, and then the BLACK DIAMOND TANTRA© workshop, where I’ll be guiding the group dynamics through being a Source Portal 🌈
Practicing 2 decades of intense methods in the ancient Egyptian, Indian, Japanese, Chinese and Tibetan lineages, these wisdom teachings will be merged into one easy to follow practice in the BLACK DIAMOND TANTRA©, where we focus on accessible techniques of pranic breathing and cellular enlightenment, guided by our own awareness through visualization, feeling, sensing and knowing, and inner body~movements 🔥❤️🔥🔥
